There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that HCS CSSB 13(FIN) be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Navarre objected. Representative Vezey placed a call of the House and lifted the call. Representative Navarre withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 13(FIN) was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 13(FIN) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the court rule change. Objection was heard. The question being: "Shall the court rule change be adopted?"
